My name is Shaffika Renee Kassim, I am a female. I was born on the 10th of November 1992 at Mater Dei hospital in Bulawayo Zimbabwe. My star sign is Scorpio. I am the only daughter raised by a single mother. I did my primary education in Zimbabwe and I moved to Cape Town South Africa for my secondary and tertiary education.
I am currently unemployed and residing with my family in Masvingo. I am single and do not have any children yet. I love music, dancing, cooking, and watching movies, travelling, composing, meeting new people and learning exciting new things.
Solitaire Zibusiso Ncube is a poet and also a musician known as Zibozizodwa in the entertainment circles. He has performed in many local and regional events fusing poetry and music. He started his entertainment career in 2008 and he has worked with some of the big names and upcoming artistes as well.
He has performed in South Africa thrice. He has also performed at Miss Zim-SA twice. Zibozizodwa has also participated at the Mthwakazi Nite of the Stars alongside Nox Guni, IYASA and many others. Locally he has performed with Khuxman, Mcheznana and Jays Marabini.
The SOS Hermann Gmeiner High School Marimba Band is based in Bindura and all of its members are students who are studying music as a subject. This group is made up of six boys and one girl. The Marimba Band plays different genres of music ranging from traditional, gospel to contemporary music. Also the mbira playing outfit is accompanied by vocals.
The Marimba Band went through music mentorship when the school’s responsible authority SOS Children’s Villages invited Oliver Mutukudzi to the school. This mentorship was in preparation for a combined performance at Crown Plaza Hotel at SOS Children’s Villages Fundraising Dinner Dance held on 27th June 2014.
The Marimba Band has been invited and performed at various functions such as National Foods Long Service Awards in Harare, Bindura University Women’s function, Heroes Day commemorations in Bindura and Ashanti Goldfields.The band competed in the National Institute of Allied Arts Festival held at Prince Edward School and was awarded a First Class grade certificate in the Marimba Intermediate
Soul finders is an Acapella group which comprises of eight members - two girls and six boys. This group was founded in 2012. We all met at a crusade conference in Mabvuku and we started singing at church concerts, family shows and wedding conferences.
In this way we showcased our talent. In exposing ourselves we have shared the stage with various and famous artists such as Baba naMai Charamba, Bob Nyabinde, Reunion and many more. We are inspired by the Joyous Celebration group. Our vision is to take music to greater heights. This year we joined StarBrite where we did well and we are now in the finals

Tawanda is a student and an upcoming guitarist who plays lead, rhythm and bass guitars. He is a member of his father's outfit known as The Hot Wire Boys. He has a gospel album entitled 'Yanano'. He has also shared the stage with renowned musicians such as Nicholas Zakaria, Alick Macheso, Sulu Chimbetu and Jah Prayzah to mention but a few.
Mackman born Tshakhani Makumbe was intrigued by music from the earlier stages of life and he instantly knew that he wanted to be part of the music industry in some way. Mackman went to Lundi park Primary School and later transferred to Holy Cross College in Chirumhanzu. Mackman relocated to Harare were he completed his Ordinary Level at Kingpin Academy.
At this academy, that is when his musical career started. The Gweru - Harare native dancehall artist is one of the founding members of a collective group called Gorilla Pabasa in conjunction with his fellow mentor Badman. Mackman got into the music industry in 2004. He won the M.C Cup Clash in Gweru.
This year he collaborated with Dj Kevy and Valentino of the We Gangsta Beats an imprint of Kingpin Records. Mackman has also done collaborations with Seh Calaz, Badman and Celcious. He is currently working on his upcoming album entitled “Many moods of Mackman” with Kingpin Records.
I am Valentine Hwenga. I live in East view Park, Ruwa, Goromonzi. In the music circles I am known as Flinky. I was born in Harare in the year 2000 on the fourteenth of February. I grew up in Avondale and did my primary education at Avondale Primary School. I then moved to Goto High School where I am now doing my form two.
I fell in love with Dancehall music when I was still doing my Primary education through musicians such as Winky D and Freeman. When I was in Grade 7, I started writing my own lyrics.
